Do your gates arrive fully assembled?

Yes! Our gates arrive fully assembled at your doorstep, so no construction is needed!

What's included in delivery?

Our gates do not arrive with the hinges and posts; these will need to be purchased separately. You can find these on our website, or when adding the gate to your basket as 'Get extras for your product'.

Do you make bespoke/custom gates?

Aftercare and Maintenance
Can I paint my gates?

You can! You can only use water-based paint on our gates; however, you will need to ensure the gate is as dry as possible before painting. We do recommend applying UV protection to the gate prior to painting also.

What maintenance is required?

We highly recommend treating your gate at least every 6 months with Osmo Oil, to protect your gates against the elements and against decay, as well as discolouration. We also recommend checking your gates every so often and removing any built-up dirt and grime.

How do I prevent warping/bowing?

How long do your Redwood Slatted Gates Pair last?

What shipping courier do you use?

We use our own fleet of delivery drivers to ensure the best service! Our drivers are more than happy to leave your goods in a safe place! Your order will be fully trackable, with a 1-hour time slot provided! Our tracking app will allow you to see the progress of the driver throughout the day.

Returns

You can absolutely return your gates if you no longer need them or changed your mind, but this is typically subject to a restocking fee. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
