Returns & Exchanges

Faulty and Damaged Goods.

Faulty/damaged goods will be replaced free of charge for either a full refund or like for like replacement upon either the return of the item or necessary proof, which will be decided at Ruby UK's discretion. Such goods must be rejected within 5 working days of either collection or delivery.

Goods Supplied Incorrectly.

Goods supplied incorrect to order will be replaced by the correct goods upon return of the incorrect item.

Exchanges.

In the event of a customer changing their mind or ordering the incorrect size, We are more than happy to accept returns for exchange/refund, the goods returned must be received back to us in the original condition dispatched. but cannot refund any shipping costs in this scenario, as this is a cost that cannot be recovered. We will also issue an invoice to cover the postage costs of the replacement item. For items with free delivery, we will still require the customer to cover the costs of shipping, and there will be a handling fee deducted from refunds to cover the P&P costs incurred. This cost is variable based on the shipping costs of the item in question.
