Returns & Exchanges

Faulty and Damaged Goods

Faulty/damaged goods will be replaced free of charge for either a full refund or like for like replacement upon either the return of the item or necessary proof, which will be decided at Ruby UK's discretion. Such goods must be rejected within 5 working days of either collection or delivery.

Goods Supplied Incorrectly

Goods supplied incorrect to order will be replaced by the correct goods as soon as possible for you.

Return / Exchanges

If you would like to arrange a return or exchange with us please fill out the form on the right. If you could let us know the products you would like returned and whether you would like an exchange, we'll come back with a collection cost for the goods and further information about collection.

Please note that if your order includes a Bespoke item, this cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order contains a Made To Measure item that has been manufactured and delivered, this may be subject to a 50% restocking fee and collection fee.
