        Do you have samples of your slatted panels?

        Do your panels arrive fully assembled?

        Yes! Our Premium Tongue & Groove Panels arrive fully assembled at your doorstep, so not construction is needed.

        What timber are your Premium Tongue & Groove Panels made from?

        This panel is made from Joinery Grade Scandinavian Redwood.

        Is this panel pressure-treated?

        Our Premium Tongue & Groove Panels thoroughly are green pressure-treated to prevent rot and decay.

        Do you make bespoke panels?

        We absolutely do! Just like our gates, we can make completely bespoke fencing panels. If you'd like a quote for your measurements, please contact our Sales team on 01409 231 763 or sales@ruby-group.co.uk.

        Can I paint my panels?

        You can! You can only use water-based paint on our panels, however, and you will need to ensure the panel is as dry as possible before painting. We do recommend applying UV protection to the panel prior to painting also.

        What maintenance is required?

        We highly recommend treating your panels at least every 6 months with Osmo Oil, to protect your panels against the elements and against decay - as well as discolouration. We also recommend checking your planter every so often and removing any built-up dirt and grime.

        How long do your Premium Tongue & Groove Panels last?

        If properly maintained, your panels should last between 10-15 years.

        Is shipping free?

        Delivery is free on all orders over £100! We offer this service to all our UK mainland customers If you are located outside mainland UK, please contact us for a quote!

        How long will it take to get my order?

        Our Premium Tongue & Groove Panels are on a 5-10 working day lead time! However, for an exact delivery day, please click here.

        What shipping courier do you use?

        We use our own fleet of delivery drivers to ensure the best service! Our drivers are more than happy to leave your goods in a safe place! Your order will be fully trackable, with a 1 hour time slot provided! Our tracking app will allow you to see the progress of the driver throughout the day.

        Can I return my panels?
