Each component of our planters are thoroughly pressure-treated with TanalithE treatment, to prevent against decay and protect your planter against the elements.

We use Larch/Spruce decking panels for our Rustic planters.
They do! All of our planters have drainage holes to allow excess water to drain.
Our Rustic planters have a rough sawn finish!
Yes! Our planters arrive fully assembled at your doorstep, so not construction is needed.
You can! You can only use water-based paint on our planters, however, and you will need to ensure the planter is as dry as possible before painting. We do recommend applying UV protection to the gate prior to painting also.
We highly recommend treating your planter at least every 6 months with Osmo Oil, to protect your planter against the elements and against decay. We also recommend checking your plnater every so often and removing any built-up dirt and grime.
Our planters can last anywhere from 10-15 years if properly maintained.
Delivery fees may vary depending on your order and location. To check the delivery fee for your purchase, simply proceed to the checkout where it will be calculated for you.
The lead time varies depending on the product, and will stated below the pricing of the item for you.
We use our own fleet of delivery drivers to ensure the best service! Our drivers are more than happy to leave your goods in a safe place! Your order will be fully trackable, with a 1 hour time slot provided! Our tracking app will allow you to see the progress of the driver throughout the day.
