The Apex Potting Shed from Ruby is a practical, traditional garden building designed for gardeners who want a bright, sheltered space for potting, propagating and other gardening tasks. With its classic apex roof and generous glazing, it provides excellent natural light while maintaining the solid feel of a timber shed.

Constructed from heavy duty joinery grade tongue and groove shiplap boards, this potting shed offers a strong, interlocking structure that improves rigidity and helps shed water effectively. All timber components are pressure-treated, providing long-term protection against rot and decay and making the shed well suited to year-round outdoor use.

As with all kit-form sheds, this potting shed is designed to be weather-resistant rather than fully waterproof. While every effort has been made to reduce water ingress, complete waterproofing cannot be guaranteed. By following the supplied installation and maintenance guidance (including correct base preparation and ongoing care) you can significantly reduce the chance of water entering and keep the shed in optimal condition.

The apex roof is finished with premium heavy duty roofing felt, supplied as part of the kit along with the required nails, ensuring reliable protection from the elements from first installation.

Key Features

  • Apex roof design for efficient water run-off
  • Heavy duty joinery grade tongue and groove shiplap boards
  • Pressure-treated timber for long-term durability
  • Weather-resistant kit-form construction
  • Premium heavy duty roof felt supplied with nails

Please Note: Our sheds are designed and manufactured to be weatherproof, providing protection against normal outdoor elements such as rain, wind, and general moisture exposure. However, they are not classed as fully waterproof or watertight structures. In extreme weather conditions, heavy wind-driven rain, flooding, or prolonged water exposure, some moisture ingress may occur. We recommend situating the shed on a suitable, level base and ensuring proper installation and maintenance to maximise weather resistance.

Please Note: This product is specifically manufactured upon order placement and falls under our "Made-To-Measure" product range. We encourage you to review our Terms and Conditions (Section 2) before placing an order, as they detail guidance regarding orders, returns, and cancellations for "Made-To-Measure" product range.

Our sheds are designed to be weather-resistant rather than fully waterproof due to their kit form assembly. This is standard for all kit form sheds on the market. While we have taken every measure to make our sheds as water-resistant as possible, we cannot guarantee complete protection against water ingress. However, by carefully following our maintenance and installation guides, you can significantly reduce the chances of water entering and keep your shed in optimal condition.
