Where is Ruby UK located?

Our warehouse is located in the Devon countryside, in Highampton! However, we have many depots across the UK in areas such as London and Bradford.

Product Range & Availability

Are your products stock items or are they manufactured?

 A large majority of our products are manufactured here in Devon by our expert team! If you need to know if an item is manufactured, look out for our 'Made to Measure' sticker on the images of our products.

Can I order samples for products before committing to a large purchase?

Yes! We have samples available for all our cladding products. Click here for our Samples collection.

Shipping & Delivery

Who delivers your items?

 At Ruby UK Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority - that's why we don't rely on third-party couriers.

Instead, our very own skilled Ruby UK Ltd delivery team will carefully transport your products and place them at your property according to your instructions.

Are there shipping costs?

There is a £30 delivery fee on all orders.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver to the UK currently.

Do you offer express or expedited shipping options?

We do offer Express delivery! For a quote on this, please contact our Sales team.

How long is standard delivery?

Our standard delivery varies from product to product and will be specified below the pricing on our product listing.

Can I collect my order instead?

Absolutely! If you would prefer to collect your delivery, please contact our friendly Sales team.

Customisation

Do you offer custom sizing or design options for gates, fences, and garden structures?

We offer bespoke sizing on almost all of our products. If you’d like to order custom sizing, choose ‘Order Bespoke’ on the product listing and input your measurements!

Are bespoke orders on a longer lead time?

No! Bespoke items would be on the same lead time as our standard sizes.

Discounts & Promotions

Are there discounts for bulk purchases?

We offer discounts on bulk purchases of cladding! The discount will be listed beneath the price and will also appear once added to your basket.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website, or you can phone our friendly Sales team for a quote.

Do you offer financing or installment payment options?

We do! At Ruby, we understand that managing your finances effectively is key to a stress-free shopping experience. That's why we're dedicated to offering simple, transparent, and flexible payment options through Klarna and Clearpay - two of the most trusted names in buy-now, pay-later services.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can pay using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer secure online payment through PayPal.

For larger purchases, we provide the option to pay via bank transfer.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns/exchanges on all items except for Bespoke/Custom products, as long as they are in the same condition they arrived in and have not been modified or installed.

How do I start a return?

You can fill out our Returns form, or contact us via email, phone or Live Chat.

I have received a damaged/incorrect item, what do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have received the wrong item or a damaged item.

Faulty/damaged goods or goods that have been supplied at the incorrect measurements will be replaced free of charge for either a full refund or like for like replacement upon either the return of the item or necessary proof, which will be decided at Ruby UK's discretion.

Does Ruby UK do trade accounts?

We do! If you're looking to open a Trade account, click the 'Trade Application' icon in the top right of our homepage. Alternatively, you can ring our Trade team on 01409 231763.

Are there discounts for trade customers?

We offer a 5% discount on all orders for our Trade customers.
