How much is Delivery? 

Standard delivery is free on orders over £100 on any of our products (*excluding certain postcodes). For orders under £100 there is a delivery charge of £20. This excludes any ironwork or small accessories that are sent via Royal Mail and are all free of charge. If unsure, it'll be confirmed at the checkout page for you before placing an order.

We also offer Fast and Express delivery options on some products which have their pricing and delivery times shown at checkout.

 

When will my order arrive? 

Our delivery times vary depending on the product and time of year. You'll be able to view the delivery time on product page under the "delivery" tab, or at checkout. Most delivery times are 3-5 working days, however in busier periods this may become longer. On certain products we do offer 10-15 Days or 15-20 on our machined cedar or larch.

Please note: Advertised delivery times on listings may vary at checkout. We do our best to keep products up to date but with a large range of products and delivery times changing from time to time, it can take little while to update all these.

 

Can I track my order? 

We use a mix of couriers (mainly Tuffnells) or our own delivery vans. For both forms of delivery you will get a notifcation that the order has left us two days prior to the delivery day.

On the day of delivery from Tuffnells you will get an email to say it's out for delivery. They will often give you an eta with 2 hour time slot. The drivers will leave it safe somewhere for you so won't have to be in.

If your order leaves us with our own vans you will get an eta the day before and you'll be able to track our driver as he goes long his route. This will appear as Track-Pod Notifcation.

 

Deliveries Direct from our supplier 

At Ruby certain products from our range are directly sent out to you by one of our trusted suppliers. The delivery costs will remain the same as our standard website. Depending on the product you will get separate notifications from the supplier regarding your delivery. Non Standard Delivery Areas

Customers wishing to place an order outside the UK or outside UK mainland may incur an extra delivery charge. When an order is placed with a postcode outside our standard delivery area we will contact you with extra shipping costs. We will of course, refund the order if you do not wish to pay. Or, feel free to contact us for a quote before placing an order.

The following postcodes do not qualify for free delivery, but we will endeavour to get the cheapest possible delivery charge for you if you live in any of these areas: AB31-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, BT, CF41-42, FK19-21, GY, HS, IM, IV**, IV30-32, JE, KA27-28, KW, LD3, NP22-23, NP9, PA20-21, PA20-24, PA22-27, PA28-29, PA30-35, PA36-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH, PH1, PH10, PO30-41, ZE.

*Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Island, Islands and Remote Areas.
