We deliver a large variety of products ranging from small items like gloves to very large items such as gates. If you're in the UK Mainland our aim is to get your item to you within 5 working days maximum for all small products. With our international shipping, this can take up to 3 weeks.

Timber Deliveries

All timber orders will be delivered with 1-5 working days, endless stated differently in the products description. 

Want your timber delivered on a specific day? No worries, with us you can choose your day of delivery. As well as this, we can leave notes for the drivers to leave in safe place or even give you a call before delivery.

Delivery Charge

Our delivery to UK mainland is free! On all products, we offer this service to all our UK mainland customers.

Of course we can deliver to areas outside of the UK mainland, but we do required a small extra charge. Please contact us and we're be happy provide a price!

With our international parcels, we do have a small postage charge, this charge will depend on the country you're ordering too. Please do note some Highland and Scotland postcodes may occur an extra charge for us to deliver the goods

Collection

Of course, if you're local to us, we offer the service of being able to collect from our warehouse or yard. This will even make it slightly cheaper for you.

Tracking Information

After placing an order with us you should receive an email with the courier and tracking number needed to track your item. From here you will be able to see when it has left us and depending on the courier, you may be able to track the journey.

Couriers

Due to our large variety size products, we use a few couriers. For our timber products we use Tuffnells or if it is pickets, we use Parcelforce, both of which is next day. With our smaller parcels we use Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Parcelforce (depending on the product ordered). 

Do you have to be in when the item is due for delivery?

We understand how frustrating it can be having to wait in all day for a parcel. This is why we offer you to leave a delivery note. If you would like this option just contact us and we can pass this onto our courier.
