Our company started life as an Agricultural Fencing Manufacturer called LEL Treatment in 1996. We offered just fencing products delivered across the South West of England. As a family business with emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction the company’s reputation grew and LEL went from strength to strength.

With a lot of off-cuts of timber from the manufacturing of these fencing products, the idea of forming another company Ruby UK Ltd was born. The name Ruby stems from the location we are so lucky to be in: Situated in the heart of rural farming Devon, this area was named Ruby Country after the gorgeous deep red Ruby Cows that are unique to this part of the county. Surrounded by Woodlands, fields and against the backdrop of Dartmoor, this has inspired us to grow our range of timber products which are delivered direct to your door.
